Biography

Prof Dr. Anthony H. Lequerica, PhD is a Senior Research Scientist and Neuropsychologist in Traumatic Brain Injury Research at Kessler Foundation and Associate Research Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New Jersey Medical School/Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. After a clinical psychology internship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, he completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship through the Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training Program sponsored by NIDILRR at the University of Michigan Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Ann Arbor.

Research Interest

 His current research interests are sleep/wake disorders after acquired brain injury and issues of cultural diversity that impact rehabilitation outcomes with a strong motivation to improve neuropsychological testing and cognitive rehabilitation interventions for Spanish-speakers and other underserved populations.
