Biography
Lauri Wactlar has been the Director of Human Resources since July 2005. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2000. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), with SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification since 2015. Lauri also served as past editor (2007-2008) of Innovations, a semiannual publication about the organization’s research highlights.
