Biography

 Mr. Donald R. Kimble, Jr., also known as Don, has been the Chief Financial Officer at KeyCorp since June 3, 2013 and has been its Vice Chairman since June 6, 2017. Mr. Kimble is responsible for Key's financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. He served as Principal Executive Officer and President of Huntington Preferred Capital Inc. from August 2004 to May 22, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of The Huntington National Bank from August, 2004 to May 22, 2013. Mr. Kimble served as Senior Executive Vice President of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated from May 29, 2009 to May 22, 2013. Mr. Kimble served as an Executive Vice President and Controller for The Huntington National Bank since August 2004. Mr. Kimble joined Huntington in 2004 as finance director. Mr. Kimble served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Huntington Bancshares Incorporated from August 2004 to May 2013 and from June 2004 to May 2013 respectively and Treasurer since May 2007. He served as Controller of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated from August 2004 to July 18, 2006 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Kimble served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of AmSouth Bancorporation from December 2000 to June 2004 and previously held various subsidiary Chief Financial Officer or Accounting positions at Bank One Corporation from July 1987 to December 2000. He served as a Director of Huntington Preferred Capital Inc. from August 2004 to May 22, 2013. Mr. Kimble holds BSBA from The Ohio State University.
