Biography
Dr. Finegan is a California Certified Hydrogeologist with over 25 years’ experience in geologic and hydrogeologic investigations including litigation support as an expert in hydrogeology; he is a skilled field technician, is proficient in data evaluation and geochemical analysis techniques, and leads Kleinfelder's groundwater modeling practice. He has a PhD in contaminant hydrogeology, with a specialty in groundwater flow and contaminant transport in fractured-rock aquifers.
