Biography
Dr. Foster is an experienced project manager and an expert in achieving CERCLA, RCRA and petroleum site closure. He has extensive experience managing major A-E services contracts and projects involving field investigations, studies/analysis/workplans, assessment of property environmental liabilities and is skilled in the application of new technologies to hydrogeologic investigation and the integration of geology, hydrogeology, hydrochemistry, and geophysics for site characterization. His hydrogeological experience includes investigations related to landfills, petroleum hydrocarbon impacted sites, hazardous waste sites and public water supplies in a wide range of aquifer types including fractured rock and karst.
