Biography
During the past 43 years, Mr. Guptill has managed numerous geotechnical engineering and engineering geology projects for tunnels, roads and highways, power plants, dams, wetland restorations, oil facilities, and waste containment. For many of those projects Mr. Guptill planned and implemented geologic and geotechnical investigations to characterize soil, rock, and groundwater conditions, and to evaluate rock conditions, slope stability and seismic hazards for design of engineered solutions included in plans and specifications.
