Biography
Mr. Lemmer is a Principal geologist with over 28 years of experience geology, engineering geology and hydrogeology for a wide range of public and private projects. Mr. Lemmer has conducted many investigations to characterize subsurface conditions, including to those identifying active faults, landslides and other geologic hazards, as wells as hydrogeologic studies and aquifer tests to determine groundwater conditions for the development of the appropriate monitoring system and/or mitigation measures.
