David L. Robertson

Biography

 Mr. David L. Robertson, also known as Dave, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Koch Industries, Inc since December 22, 2005. Mr. Robertson served as an Executive Vice President of Koch Industries. Mr. Robertson began his career with Koch companies in 1984 and has held positions with several Koch Industries subsidiaries. He served as President of Flint Hills Resources, LLC from 2000 to 2005. He served as the President of Koch Agriculture Company since January 1999 and Koch Beef Company since In 1996. He served as the President of Koch Petroleum Group since 2000. From 1992 to 1996, he held a variety of positions within Koch Refining Company (later named Koch Petroleum Group), including serving as Group's Executive Vice President of marketing in charge of the businesses associated with Koch's Rosemount, Minn., refining complex. Mr. Robertson serves as Chairman of Georgia-Pacific Equity Holdings, LLC; Georgia-Pacific Chemicals LLC and Flint Hills Resources, LLC. He serves as the Chairman of Georgia-Pacific LLC and has been its Director since June 2006. He serves as a Director of Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, subsidiaries of Koch Industries. He has been a Director at Koch Industries, Inc since March. 2005. Mr. Robertson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Emporia State University, in Emporia, Kan in 1984.
