James B. Hannan

Biography

 Mr. James B. Hannan, also known as Jim, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprises at Koch Industries, Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Hannan serves as Chief Executive Officer of Georgia-Pacific Chemicals LLC and served as its President. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Georgia-Pacific LLC (formerly, Georgia-Pacific Corporation), a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. since 2007 until March 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Georgia-Pacific Services S.N.C. He served as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Georgia-Pacific LLC (formerly, Georgia-Pacific Corporation) since January 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2007. He served as the President of Intermediates Business of INVISTA S.à r.l. from 2004 to 2006. He served as an Audit Manager of Coopers & Lybrand from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Hannan served as Vice President and Controller of Homestake Mining Company from July 1999 to 2001. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Koch Mineral Services LLC, a division of Koch Industries Inc. from March 1999 to June 1999 and Director of Commercial Development from February 1998 to March 1999. Mr. Hannan was with Koch companies for 7 years. Before joining Koch, he served as a Controller of Pegasus Gold Corporation from 1995 to February 1998 and Assistant Controller from April 1995 to November 1996. Mr. Hannan has 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience. He is a certified public accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting and finance. He served as the Chairman of American Forest & Paper Association Inc. He has been a Director of Infor, Inc. since February 24, 2017. He has been a Director of Sustainable Forestry Initiative, Inc. since October 7, 2013. He serves as a Director of American Forest & Paper Association Inc. He serves as a Trustee at Georgia Research Alliance, Inc. He served as a Director of Georgia-Pacific LLC since 2006 He served as a Director of Koch Cellulose LLC. Mr. Hannan has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.
