Radu Urma

Biography

 Radu has designed, detailed and managed a large variety of projects such as commercial buildings, condominiums, hospitals, industrial facilities, museums, parking structures, schools and universities. With over thirty years of experience, an important part of his activity was the strengthening and remodeling of existing buildings, including old industrial buildings transformed into apartment buildings.   He has done extensive site visits during the construction phase of new projects and inspections of existing buildings before remodeling them. Radu did peer reviews of structural design of other companies, located in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Kentucky and Wisconsin.   He has design expertise in reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, steel and light gauge steel.
