Jan Hendryx

Biography

Jan T. Hendryx, DO, is Clinical Professor of OPP and Family Medicine, Course Director of Osteopathic Principles and Practice, and Director of the Integrative Medicine/Personal Wellness Progam at LECOM. He is author of the newly released book, Healer's Touch: A Physician's Journey into the Medical, Miracle, and Mystical Aspects of Healing. Dr. Hendryx is board certified in family practice, manipulative medicine, and acupuncture and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He also serves on the Acupuncture Cerification Board for physicians. He is a also member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO). In addition to his teaching, he conducts an office-based practice specializing in treatment of pain and other health problems through the use of osteopathic manipulative medicine, acupuncture, and other holistic modalities.
