Doug

Biography

 Doug joined LanceSoft through the acquisition of his company after a successful 18 year run as President and CEO of Baker IT. He is fulfilling the role of Client and Contractor liaison as well as actively engaging in business development in the Twin Cities with both, enterprise and mid-market clients. Doug has worked in Business Development, Account Management, and Talent Acquisition serving Fortune 500 leaders in Medical Device, BioMedical Engineering, and IT. With an eye for details, Doug is a trusted advisor imparting critical thinking from a ten thousand foot view seeking cooperative partnering in all of his endeavors. He is an avid outdoorsman, having run over twenty triathlons, and is a member of the National Ski Patrol. Doug is active in the family apple orchard and serves as Treasurer on the board of the Central Minnesota Vegetable Growers Association, the organization responsible for managing the Minneapolis Farmers markets.
