Biography
Richard Todd has over forty years of diversified experience in Financial and Business Management, including record of achievements in the development of financial, operational, administrative, manufacturing and information systems management programs. He has been consistently working towards improving the profitability and cost reduction programs for LanceSoft. Prior to joining LanceSoft, Richard worked with Davis Inotek Instruments LLC as the CFO with proven experience in acquisition, start-up, turn-key and restructured operations. Richard holds a degree in B.Sc. in the Industrial Management from the Purdue University along with a graduate degree in Financial Management Program from General Electric Company.
