Biography
Tom has been with LANDTECH since 1998, and oversees many of the environmental aspects of the firm's projects, including the Westport Weston Family Y and the Saugatuck Marina. He has over 25 years of experience in conducting and managing natural resource projects. His experience includes wildlife surveys (including threatened, endangered and special concern species) and wetland and aquatic system evaluations (including limnological investigations, fisheries studies, vernal pool assessments and pond dredging management). Tom is an expert in coastal resource management and permitting, and he works closely with State and Federal Agencies to ensure proper protection of identified natural resources. Tom is past president of the Connecticut Association of Wetland Scientists. He holds a Masters in Biology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1995 and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Michigan State University in 1989.
