Biography
Dr. Dunn has outstanding training and experience as an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, having served our military for ten years. She spent the last five years of her Air Force career overseas, first in Korea and then Germany, where she was a staff surgeon at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, our nation’s largest overseas medical facility. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. She was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship by the United States Air Force while in dental school and has completed extensive training with the Air Force: a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Bolling Air Force Base (DC) in 2000 and a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Travis Air Force Base (California) in 2005. She left the Air Force a highly decorated officer. She is board-certified in her specialty and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
