Joseph P. Lark

Biography

Joseph is one of Lane's senior management personnel with special emphasis on public-private partnerships (P3s), projects that involve alternative financing, and projects for private clients. He has been in charge of projects ranging in size from a few million dollars to over $1.5 billion. He is a career employee at Lane who, through his results on projects, has maintained Lane’s quality reputation and has grown to be responsible for major complex projects. Joseph currently oversees Lane’s P3/Major Projects segment, which encompasses P3, construction joint venture, and major design-build projects.
