Jason M. Tsolas

Biography

General Manager With more than 20 years’ award-winning experience in planning and directing large scale life science manufacturing, Jason focuses on managing and coordinating the operations of LaunchWorks to carry out business objectives and expectations that drive customer satisfaction. Prior to assuming the role of general manager at LaunchWorks, Jason was vice president of supply chain solutions at ArcherDX, supplying custom manufactured products to the life science industry. Previously, he joined the team at Enzymatics where he led a growing team and added value to the business by teaching and implementing the best manufacturing practices. Jason spent 12 years in biology-based production designing and managing automated workflow and process for DNA sequencing services at Monsanto, Genome Therapeutics Corp, Agencourt Bioscience and Beckman Coulter. Jason has documented quality system expertise in lean manufacturing, developing performance metrics, and ISO 9001 certifications. Jason obtained his MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University and BA in biology from Clark University. He also received executive training from Kellogg School of Management.
