Roy Enzo Bagattini

Biography

 Mr. Roy Enzo Bagattini has been the President of Levi Strauss North America since June 1, 2016. Mr. Bagattini has been an Executive Vice President at Levi Strauss & Co. since June 2013 and served its President of Asia, Middle East and Africa and President of Asia, Middle East & Afrca since June 2013. Mr. Bagattini served as President of The Asia Pacific Region at President of The Asia Pacific Region from June 2013 to November 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Asia Region at Carlsberg A/S since July 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Asia at Carlsberg Group, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd and Carlsberg Breweries A/S. He joined Carlsberg from SABMiller where he served as Regional Managing Director for Eastern Europe. Mr. Bagattini has more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader at global consumer goods and beverage companies. He has led the business turn-around of several companies as well as driven growth opportunities in emerging markets. He served as Senior Vice President for Asia and Africa at Carlsberg, one of the world's leading brewing and beverage companies. He served senior general management positions in South Africa and the USA as well as being the Country Managing Director of SABMiller in India, China and Italy. He worked for eighteen years in a variety of Chief Executive Officer and general management roles in Russia, China, India, Italy and the United States for SABMiller plc, one of the world's largest brewing companies. He has been a Director of Levi Strauss Japan k.k. since February 1, 2014. He served as a Non-Executive Director of The Lion Brewery Ceylon PLC from March 19, 2010 to June 7, 2013. He served as a Non Executive Director of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd from January 28, 2010 to June 6, 2013. He served as a Director of Chongqing Brewery Co., Ltd. since April 12, 2013. Mr. Bagattini served as a Director of Plzensky Prazdroj, a.s. since July 28, 2005 and Carlsberg A/S since September 2009. Mr. Bagattini holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and has also completed various business studies at Stanford University USA and Oxford in the UK.
