John P. Byrnes

Biography

Mr. John P. Byrnes is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Epiphany Health Ventures, LLC. Mr. Byrnes served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lincare, Inc. until February 28, 2015. He served in various leadership positions for nearly 30 years at Lincare Holdings. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lincare Holdings Inc., from January 1997 to August 2012 and served as the Chairman since March 2000 until August 13, 2012. He served as the President at Lincare Holdings Inc. from June 1996 to April 21, 2003. He served at Lincare in a number of capacities over a ten-year period, including serving as Lincare's Chief Operating Officer since 1996. He served as the Chairman of Lincare, Inc. until August 13, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Halyard Health, Inc. since October 31, 2014. He has been an Independent Director of Tenet Healthcare Corp. since November 04, 2016. He serves as Director at OccuSystem Services, Inc. He served as a Director at Lincare Holdings Inc. from May 1997 to August 13. 2012. He served as an Outside Director of U.S. Renal Care, Inc. since August 2005. Mr. Byrnes served as a Director at Acelity L.P. Inc. (also known as, Kinetic Concepts Inc. and Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc.) from 2003 to February 16, 2011.
