He excels at managing and generating revenues via special tax consulting, assessment engineering, district formations/annexations and disclosure preparation for municipal bond refinancing efforts.   Clients praise Brian’s effectiveness at managing Special Financing Districts for municipalities throughout California. His past projects have involved managing district datasets for 40,000 parcels and preparing the annual engineer’s reports, assessments and special tax rolls.
