Biography
Kimberley McMahon is a registered dietitian and licensed dietitian. She received her undergraduate degree from Montana State University and master’s degree from Utah State University. She has taught nutrition courses in both traditional and online settings. She has contributed and authored textbook chapters on a variety of nutrition topics and is the co-author of three nutrition textbooks: Discovering Nutrition, Nutrition, and Nutrition Across Life Stages.
