Michael Elizondo

Biography

Michael is a founding partner of Long Wharf. He is responsible for the strategic direction and investment strategy of the firm and is a member of Long Wharf’s Investment Committee. Over his 35 years of industry experience, Michael has been directly involved in value-added investments with a gross asset value of more than $4 billion. Michael also has experience in managing, originating, structuring, and consummating various types of real estate transactions including portfolio acquisitions of performing, sub-performing, and non-performing debt, REO assets, single asset acquisitions, and development joint ventures.
