Biography
Ms. Carol J. Hamilton has been President of Luxury Products Division at L'Oréal USA, Inc., since September 2008. Ms. Hamilton serves as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail Division at LOreal USA. As general manager, Ms. Hamilton assumed responsibility for all functions of L'Oréal Consumer Products marketing, manufacturing, sales, finance and administration. Under her leadership, the L'Oréal Paris beauty brand has became the largest beauty brand in the USA, and L'Oréal haircolor has become the number one manufacturer, ahead of Clairol. Ms. Hamilton served as President of Paris for L'Oreal USA Inc. since 2002. She served as Vice President for Marketing, then Senior Vice President of L'Oréal Hair Care division. Ms. Hamilton served as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Marketing for L'Oréal Consumer Products since 1996, which merged the Hair Care and Cosmetics divisions. Ms. Hamilton joined L'Oréal USA in 1984 as Director of Marketing for the Former L'Oréal Cosmetics Division. Ms. Hamilton has an Undergraduate Degree from Vassar College.
