Frédéric Rozé

Biography

 Mr. Frédéric Rozé has been Executive Vice President of Americas Zone at L'Oreal SA since July 1, 2013. Mr. Rozé has been the Chief Executive Officer of L'Oreal USA since 2009. Mr. Rozé serves as the President of L'Oreal USA. He served as an Executive Vice President of North America Zone at L'Oreal SA since 2009. He served as a Managing Director of North America Zone at L'Oreal SA. Mr. Rozé has been with the L’Oréal Group for 23 years having joined L'Oréal USA in 1986 in France where he began his career in the Marketing Department of the Consumer Products Division. In 1988, he was promoted to Group Product Manager for L’Oréal Paris and subsequently went on to hold various marketing positions for L'Oréal Group’s other Consumer Products brands including Garnier. Mr. Rozé served as Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal Russia before being appointed to the post of General Manager of Gemey France in 1996. He served as Managing Director of L’Oréal Argentina where he had responsibility for the subsidiary’s extensive portfolio of brands covering all divisions. In 2002, he was promoted to General Manager of both the Consumer Products and Professional Products Divisions for L’Oréal Spain, one of L'Oréal's most important markets. In 2004, Mr. Rozé was appointed General Manager of the Consumer Products Division for Western Europe before being given responsibility for the entire European Region including Eastern countries. Mr. Rozé is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris (HEC) and l’Université Paris-Dauphine.
