Biography
Fredie Diaz, M.D. is an internal medicine physician, who has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. Dr. Diaz graduated from York University with a BS in chemistry and geology and went on to receive his medical degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. He completed his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Diaz holds a Geriatric Education Certificate and is fluent in Spanish.
