Biography
Chas Macquarie, a multi-award winning engineer is Lumos & Associates retired CEO with a passion for biking that brings him back to the drawing board to work on special projects with a focus on paths and trails. The Nevada Stateline-to-Stateline Bikeway Project, Lake Tahoe is a project he was excited to begin as a subconsultant to AECOM in 2007. The project includes South and North Demonstration Projects - each 3 miles long. Phase 1B of the South Demonstration Project was completed in October, 2012 and Phase 1C was completed in October 2013. The North Demonstration Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
