Biography
Mike Hardy, P.E., P.G., W.R.S., is a 12 year veteran of Lumos and serves as a Project Manager, focusing on water resource projects. An avid outdoorsman, Mike made a precarious move to Nevada in 1989 from Pocatello, Idaho. On his way to a post-college job interview in Silver Peak to apply for a position as a hydrogeologist at a very remote in-situ mining operation he was involved in a roll-over car accident and spent the next day in the hospital. His interview was deferred for a couple of weeks, but he eventually got the job. Vowing to stay at least two years to accumulate experience, Mike stayed nine years. That's the kind of stick-to-itiveness that project managers are made of and the thread that gives clients the confidence to hire us. Lumos has an excellent track-record for projects that drill down through layers of bureaucracy and years of oversight. We're just as comfortable with the smaller projects too.
