Glenna Mileson

Biography

With over 25 years of experience as a Controller, CFO and VP/Finance & Operations, Glenna Mileson is a seasoned professional who brings expertise in financial and business management to M3 Biotechnology. Ms. Mileson has broad industry experience with companies of all sizes from small, privately owned businesses to large, publicly traded companies. Prior to joining M3, she served as the CFO for Pregenen, a biotech company developing gene editing and cell signaling technologies. She recognizes the importance of producing timely financial reports that give owners, investors and managers the information they need to make good business decisions. Recognized as a problem solver and a key contributor to the management team, she thrives on continually developing and fine tuning operating metrics, budgets and forecasts to effectively plan and measure performance. A native Washingtonian, Ms. Mileson received a BA in Business/Accounting from the University of Washington. She began her career as an auditor & information systems consultant with a national public accounting firm where she earned a CPA certification.
