Biography
Dr. Yarbrough graduated from the Medical College of Virginia and completed a residency in dermatology at Emory University in Atlanta. He is board-certified in dermatology by the American Academy of Dermatology and also is board-certified by the Americans Boards of Pathology and Dermatology in Dermatopathology. He co-founded Doctors Care of Cabell County, Inc. in 1990, an organization that serves to fill the gap in access to medical care for people in need by providing health care referral and access. He currently serves as secretary/treasurer for the group's board of directors.
