Biography
Frank O. Markun, MBA, RD, LD is Program Analyst with the NEP grant project. He received his Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and has worked in several settings as both a manager and director of food and nutrition services facilities. His primary interest is in administrative dietetics and management, as well financial analysis. Currently Mr. Markun is working on a SNAP Ed grant for the Marshall University Dietetics program as a financial analyst and evaluator of the program, helping to write budgets, analysis of data and evaluation of program through testing of participants at various sites.
