Biography
Marco is a research support associate in the Research Laboratory of Electronics at MIT. He received his M.Sc. degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies from the Polytechnic University of Turin, Grenoble Institute of Technology, and École Polytechnique Fédérale in 2017, and his B.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 2015. Marco is a research support associate in the Research Laboratory of Electronics at MIT. He received his M.Sc. degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies from the Polytechnic University of Turin, Grenoble Institute of Technology, and École Polytechnique Fédérale in 2017, and his B.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 2015.
Research Interest
His current work is focused on the development of resistor process for the fabrication of shunted nanowire devices.
