Biography
Chandresh has twenty two years of varied experience in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality Projects. During the course of his career, he has played the role of Planning Engineer, Site In-charge, Quantity Surveyor and Design Coordinator, among various roles. For the past nine years, Chandresh has been associated with 5-star hotel chains in India and has been associated with hotel projects, wherein he has co-ordinated with reknowned Architects and Interior Designers. While managing these assignments, he has amassed a huge data bank of local / international vendors and extensive knowledge of costing and contracts. As the Regional Manager, Chandresh plays a pivotal role and handles all Operational, Administrative and Business Development functions in Western India. As the Cost management Head at Masters, he utilizes his hands-on knowledge to good effect in managing complex projects with relative ease and have been a backbone to the company with his vast pool of knowledge on cost and procurement.
