Biography
James Todd served as the Director of Finance for Material Sciences Corporation prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2014. He has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining Material Sciences Corporation, James spent time serving as Director of Internal Audit for the American Medical Association and had successfully started and sold a company that worked with Chicagoland municipalities in the processing and collection of parking tickets. He enjoys the challenges and dynamics of the steel industry and working with staff and other management team members to improve reporting and operational efficiencies. James earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University. James is a resident of Northwest Indiana for the past 18 years.
