Biography
Dr. Gerald Chan co-founded Morningside Group which invests actively in biotech start-ups. Dr. Chan sits on the board of several biotech companies – Matrivax R&D Corporation, Vaccine Technologies Inc., Advanced Cell Diagnostics, and Stealth Peptides International. He is a member of the advisory boards of the International Society for Stem Cell Research, the New York Academy of Sciences, the Harvard School of Public Health, the Johns Hopkins Nanjing Center, and chairs the Overseers Committee of Morningside College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chan did both his graduate and post-doctoral training at Harvard University.
