Biography

Bala is a Chartered Accountant. At Matrix, Bala spearheads the Audit & Assurance division’s growth initiatives by identifying and generating business opportunities. He is also responsible for managing the overall network of associates. He is passionate about Institution building and plays a key role in the brand management and building the culture of the organization. While away from work, Bala loves to read books and is a film buff. He has also authored so far three books in non-fiction and fiction category. He also contributes articles now and then to newspapers and magazines especially on subject relating to Retailing and FMCG industries.
