Justin Kelton

Biography

As President Southwest Region, Justin Kelton has leadership responsibility for all commercial markets within the Southwest, including Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado. His career with McCarthy began as a laborer on a hospital construction project. After several years in the trades and a stint in the United States Marine Corps, Justin became a project engineer in 2001 with McCarthy in the Southwest. He was quickly made a project director, and within a few years his professional construction career advanced him to vice president, senior vice president and executive vice president prior to him moving into his current role. Over the years, Justin’s leadership has been instrumental in developing and expanding the division’s education services, including the launch of Job Order Contracting. In addition, his leadership has been essential to growing McCarthy's national solar, healthcare, municipal and commercial market sectors. He enjoys nurturing trusted relationships with clients and community leaders, while fostering an environment where engaged teams excel. He is currently serving the community as a board member of the American Heart Association’s Greater Phoenix Chapter and the Support Sky Harbor Coalition and is a member of the Arizona Builder’s Alliance American Society of Civil Engineers and WESTMARC.
