Brian Askey

Biography

As associate director of development, Brian Askey works closely with McGuire Development’s leadership team, finance and development departments on real estate consulting, owner’s representation services, and economic analysis. In this role, Brian is focused on providing consulting services for non-profit and for profit organizations, as well as supporting the sales and business development teams by identifying new opportunities for the company. Prior to his role at McGuire Development, Brian provided financial, operational, and sustainability consulting services for various companies focused in industries ranging from energy, technology, hospitality, and manufacturing, all while earning his MBA. Brian has a passion for entrepreneurship and growing companies from the ground up. He has assisted multiple start-up companies in overcoming financial and sustainability hurdles. Brian’s diverse industry experience and passion for real estate make him a great resource for assisting client’s efficiently and effectively in creating and realizing a project vision from start to finish. Brian is a Buffalo native. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John Fisher College. Brian is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
