Biography
Jeffrey Lehrbach has over 30 years of financial management experience in real estate development, commercial real estate lending, and C&I lending. His expertise spans all facets of the real estate industry, including property acquisition, corporate acquisitions, project development, owner representation, origination and administration of project financing, financial reporting and cash flow analysis. Jeffrey’s expertise allows him to produce realistic, thoroughly investigated real estate visions for McGuire Development’s clients. Over the years, Jeffrey has successfully produced a healthy portfolio of commercial real estate projects and business financing transactions, and has cultivated an extensive network of contacts in both the real estate and financial industries. In his role as vice president and chief financial officer with McGuire Development, Jeffrey is responsible for researching and overseeing the expansion into new markets, property acquisition, portfolio sales, owner representation, management of the accounting department, valuation analysis, financial analysis and projections, project management, and contract and lease negotiation. Prior to joining McGuire Development, Jeffrey served as the chief financial officer of a regional real estate development company for 11 years. Prior to that, Jeffrey was an institutional banker for 16 years, where he most recently served as the vice president and regional manager of a national banking system. Jeffrey is a member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a past chairman of the Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals. Jeffrey is a graduate of the Executive MBA Program in Advanced Real Estate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance from Columbia University / Babson College and a graduate of the Executive MBA Program in Advanced Investment Analysis from the University at Buffalo. Jeffrey also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
