Marty Houck

Biography

With more than 15 years experience in property and construction management, Marty is a proven manager with experience directing interior commercial construction and remodeling projects and overseeing the day-to-day operations of numerous properties simultaneously. As an integral member of the Property Management team, Marty facilitates many of our properties in Downtown Buffalo and oversees multiple construction projects in the area. Marty has worked in every avenue of property and project management holding the positions of Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Northeast Operations Manager for high volume remodels and resets of commercial space across the country. Locally, he was responsible for the management of one of the largest commercial property portfolios in Western New York, which included 2,500,000 square feet of commercial space.  Marty has proven successful in managing and developing large commercial property portfolios, as well as leveraging operations across the country. Marty’s interpersonal skills, coupled with his management knowledge, make him an effective and respected property manager.  Marty is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Past Commodore of the LaSalle Yacht Club in Niagara Falls. Marty is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State.
