Biography
As vice president, construction, Robert E. Pyszczynski III possesses over 14 years of project leadership experience focused on multi-site projects in government, healthcare, public, and commercial clients. Prior to joining McGuire Development, Rob served as senior project manager at Clover Construction, prior to that role, Rob spent over 8 years at Cannon Design as the associate vice president, project management. To compliment his construction expertise, Rob also served in the United States Army for 8 years, where he was deployed overseas for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). He also holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design and Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo and multiple Masters degrees in Business Administration, Facility Management, Professional Studies (focused on project management and strategic employee development), and Construction Management from the University of Washington and Rochester Institute of Technology. Rob’s project responsibilities have included preparation of construction documents, programming, schematic design, project management, construction administration, and construction management in a wide variety of project types. Rob delivers value to clients and project owners by coordinating the project through all development stages – from concept to completion. He ensures schedules and budgets are adhered to, and that the goals of the owner are achieved. In addition to his day job, Rob serves as an adjunct professor at Erie Community College teaching courses in Construction Management, Building Management, and Maintenance for the Associate of Applied Science program.
