Biography
Mr. McKenny is a general partner and principal engineer for McKennyKrug Structural and Civil Engineers. Specializing in architectural/structural code review and design, Mr. McKenny's responsibilities include the analysis and design of architectural and life-safety systems, structural systems (steel frame, steel and concrete ductile frame, masonry/masonry frame and timber) and related components. Projects range from custom residential dwellings to high-rise structures. Prior to establishing McKennyKrug, Mr. McKenny was in charge of technical code review services for BSI Consultants' Northern California Building Safety Division. Specializing in residential and commercial plan review, Mr. McKenny performed architectural and structural code review on a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial structures.
