Biography
Paul advises a number of large banking and insurance institutions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He advises some of the world’s largest banks and insurers based in Amsterdam, London, Stockholm, and Sydney, on a range of operational improvement challenges. Paul’s recent work includes the following: developing and supporting the digital transformation for a large regional bank, which included digitizing all core end-to-end customer journeys, launching new digital propositions, and driving digital adoption across the customer franchise developing the digital distribution strategy for a large UK bank helping a European bank migrate to DevOps and the cloud designing and deploying agile at scale within a large private bank digitizing the end-to-end business-banking lending journey for a large UK bank; deploying the new process led to an uplift of over 30 percent in new lending volumes developing the ecosystem strategy for a large universal bank, including where to play, how to play, and how to partner digitizing the end-to-end mortgage process for a large regional bank, which in turn reduced costs, increased revenues, and improved compliance digitizing the large corporate-credit process for a large Australian bank
