Biography

Roger is coleader of McKinsey’s Americas Corporate & Investment Banking Practice. He has significant experience addressing the strategic, risk management, sales and marketing, and investment decisions facing financial institutions. His recent work includes: defining the electronic trading strategy and increasing sales force effectiveness at a global investment bank shaping the strategic plan for a leading global corporate bank leading McKinsey’s support for one of the world’s largest broker-dealer restructurings since the 2008-09 financial crisis Roger is a regular speaker at conferences about trends in capital markets and investment banking, with a particular focus on fixed income and electronic trading.
