Biography
Sergey joined McKinsey in 2006. He serves clients in the chemical, metallurgical, and mining industries across different geographies, with particular focus on optimization of capital investment, project delivery, and operational transformation of production facilities. Sergey is a member of the Capital Projects & Infrastructure and Metals & Mining Practices, and leads the Value Improvement service line in Russia and the CIS.
