Mr. Philip A. Incarnati, also known as Phil, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at McLaren Health Care Corporation since June 1989. Mr. Incarnati served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Horizon Health System. He served as the Chairman of the EMU Board of Regents from January 1995 to 2005.
