Mr. Matthew S. Waninger, also known as Matt, Ph.D. serves as President of MED Institute at Cook Medical Incorporated since June 1, 2009. Mr. Waninger served as Vice President of Engineering of Cook Inc at Cook Medical Incorporated until June 1, 2009. Mr. Waninger has contributed in several areas, including regulatory and clinical trial work to Cook in his 11 years of service. Mr. Waninger led global engineering at Cook headquarters in Bloomington, Ind. for four years.
