Biography
Ray Clark is a medical device design and manufacturing professional with extensive international experience. His early professional experience was in the field of plastics research and development in which he played a major role in developing Cycolac ABS plastics. He also made improvements in polyethylene products which are widely used in packaging applications. Mr. Clark then worked on plastic parts manufacturing at Baxter Healthcare where he managed two of the largest plastic molding operations in the US. Subsequently, he became Vice President, R&D for the Pharmaseal Division of American Hospital Supply, which was acquired by Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Clark started his own consulting company in 1992 and has assisted with the development of a real time glucose monitor, the development of a process and facility to process HIV infected human plasma, the design and construction of plants to manufacture disposable medical devices in China, India, and Saudi Arabia and the development of novel infusion systems for various drugs. Mr. Clark holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Loyola University.
