Veronica Melendes has over 30 years of perioperative clinical experience. Past roles include managing six ORs, serving as perioperative business manager for eighteen ORs, and clinical resource specialist for system supply chain over twenty-four acute care facilities. Melendes was also the system director of process improvement projects based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. She brings that wealth of knowledge with her into the healthcare business world, serving as a perioperative clinical consultant for Medline.
