Biography

 Mr. Steven Singer, R.Ph., is the Founder and Member of Advisory Board at Medmanage Systems, Inc. in 1999 and serves as Member of the Advisory Board. Mr. Singer is the Chief Operating Officer of Prescriptions Etc., Inc. One of MedManage's original founders, Mr. Singer possesses over 18 years of pharmaceutical industry expertise. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Prescriptions Etc., an organization offering a broad range of pharmacy services designed to meet individual prescription drug needs. Prescriptions Etc. stores range from traditional retail pharmacies to specialty pharmacies for the diabetes care and mail service markets. With Prescriptions, Mr. Singer is responsible for overseeing all of it's long-term operational and business objectives. Prior to founding MedManage, Mr. Singer was Vice President of Managed Care for Evergreen Health Management, Inc. There he was instrumental in creating and building Evergreen's Pharmacy Benefit Management programs. Mr. Singer also spent 15 years with Evergreen Pharmaceutical, holding a number of positions. As Vice President of Operations, he played a central role in building annual revenues to over $40 million. Having written for several pharmaceutical industry publications such as Pharmaceutical Executive, Product Management Today and Drug Cost Management Report, Mr. Singer has been a leader in raising awareness of innovative drug-sampling approaches. He received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Washington.
