Mark Bowling

Biography

Mark Bowling established MedTrust, Inc, as well as Westside Occupational in 1993. Mr. Bowling did so with the vision of improving Physician Practices as well as providing a retail based way for businesses to conduct healthcare. Mark Bowling is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. At UAB Mark Studied Hospital Administration. Mark worked for the Humana Health System for 10 years, ultimately becoming the Chief Operating Officer at what is now Doctor's Hospital in Augusta, GA before deciding to open his own business. Mark established MedTrust as well as Westside Occupational Center in 1993. Mr. Bowling has held various positions on boards as well as recently won an award for Top 25 Business of a UAB Graduate. ​Mark is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He served as Board President for Boys and Girls Clubs of the CSRA for two terms.
